  • the necessity to perform the contract with you and taking steps prior to entering into the contract at your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) for processing your order, to make informed decisions on recruitment and assess your suitability for the role, to communicate with you about your application, to respond to your inquiries and schedule interviews;
