Employing Alternative Tangential Flow (ATF) for upstream perfusion and a streamlined downstream purification system, allows for enhanced efficiency and high product quality. This approach has enabled Enzene to commercialize multiple MAbs and obtain high yields for intricate biologics while minimizing costs, space requirements, and capital investment.
