- We have developed several mAb manufacturing processes and manufactured Clinical material for Phase III trials. We have expertise in converting fed-batch to continuous manufacturing to offer huge cost savings to our clients and support their early and late-stage product development.
- Our commercial manufacturing plant is one of the first of its kind fully continuous manufacturing plant and has the capability of producing 3 to 5 Kg of mAbs in an integrated 30-day process to offer huge cost benefits to our partners.
- Spread out over 5 acres, the facility has a built-up capacity of 200,000 sq. ft. The facility currently has 2 active mammalian manufacturing suites and can house another 4 suites with similar capabilities.
- The facility, at peak load, can have the productivity of 150 kg/month. We have some of the best in class equipment for our DS manufacturing suites and an exceptional team supporting our activities.
Flexible Manufacturing to cater to all our client’s needs.
- Flexibility is a critical factor that most companies look for when they decide to outsource. We understand the requirements of our potential customers and thus our facility also can house single-use 2000L bioreactors and allied equipment.
- Our continuous platform, also being flexible, can be run as either integrated continuous or upstream and downstream discontinuous. This allows us to be a one-stop solution for all outsourcing needs.
