Idea Bubble

The Idea bubble is a platform where Enzeneites gather to discuss new ideas and innovations. Any employee who wishes to submit an idea sends the proposal with expected impact to all Enzeneites by email, which is then followed by an open discussion. The Enzeneites who support the idea form a group and work vigorously on the idea, pros-cons, financials, etc., and pitch it for approval. Post the idea is approved, it is supported at the enterprise level for its implementation.

Idea Bubble allows Enzeneites to spark interactions with cross- functional teams to validate their ideas. We have many active projects which have come through such idea bubbles.

Journal Club

A scientific knowledge sharing session where a researcher presents Patent publications to a team of researchers. These kinds of sessions build up the scientific knowledge and help kindle the idea.

Journal clubs are educational meetings where individuals meet regularly to critically evaluate recent articles in the scientific literature. They have often been cited as a bridge between research and practice, as they encourage the application of research in industry.

Enzene Biosimilar school is one such initiative in this regard. The objective of this initiative is to aid these changemakers understand the ‘why’ part of what they do. For us, it also means to help them understand how small pixels make the big picture; how their work impacts the organization, and how they are part of the shared success. To achieve this, it is necessary to train them in various fields so that they are not blinded and have an overall perspective of the business, processes, and challenges.
