The Idea bubble is a platform where Enzeneites gather to discuss new ideas and innovations. Any employee who wishes to submit an idea sends the proposal with expected impact to all Enzeneites by email, which is then followed by an open discussion. The Enzeneites who support the idea form a group and work vigorously on the idea, pros-cons, financials, etc., and pitch it for approval. Post the idea is approved, it is supported at the enterprise level for its implementation.
Idea Bubble allows Enzeneites to spark interactions with cross- functional teams to validate their ideas. We have many active projects which have come through such idea bubbles.
