Our Microbial Manufacturing unit is dedicated to the manufacturing of microbial-based biopharmaceuticals meeting the highest quality standards. The facility has a built-up space of 10,000sq.ft. and is based in Bhosari, Pune. The facility is designed to operate at Biosafety Level 2 manufacturing.

With dedicated and experienced staff, our cGMP facility is ready to manufacture secreted proteins and inclusion bodies for clinical and commercial manufacturing of microbial biopharmaceuticals.

Infrastructure

Upstream fermentation line is equipped with stainless steel fermentation vessel complimented with a homogenizer, cell separation centrifuge, and a depth filtration system.
The downstream line includes buffer preparation vessels, refolding tanks, multiple chromatography skids, and TFF systems.
Vast experience in developing and improving the stability of drug substances by converting the solution of unstable molecules into solid power through the lyophilization process.
